What do you want more than anything else in the world?

Confidence

Happiness

Calm

Love

Peace

Contentment

These are some of the more common answers, so why is it we are not experiencing the one thing we really want?

 

Primarily because we are looking for it in all the wrong places.  We spend our time and a tremendous amount of energy trying to 'achieve' in order for us to be able to relax and experience happiness and contentment. The good news is there is a much easier, more immediate way to permanently experience contentment, love and happiness.....simply, with Meditation.

 

 

In it's simplest form, one of the few things we have control over in life is where we put our attention. 

 

We have a choice!

 

Continue to put our attention on the temporary aspects of life, where we have continually found stress, anxiety and discontent.

 

Or choose to rediscover the permanent aspect of ourselves, where we find a permanent experience of contentment and happiness.

Meditation is fast becoming the recognised solution to the stresses of everyday life.   In years to come, perhaps it will seem inconceivable that our education systems ever existed without meditation lessons.  This is an invitation to you to start making the choice of happiness and contentment your living experience.
